"I admit to being a work-a-holic but in my time off from the mad world that is corporate, i like to chill out with my wife Gem and four legged mate Timber. normally catching up on the telly thats been recorded, or days out to our favourite places which normally involve the North Sea coast, Peak District or North Yorkshire.
To get my heart rate up i enjoy Mountain Biking, normally in the Dark Peaks or Sherwood Forest, or Snowboarding at Castleford. I like getting back to basics but still need to be in touch with my gadgets normally filming my activites or logging my travels somehow with GPS.
I enjoy travelling, and also the mental simulation that comes with being in different places on any day of the week."
